Mirror mirror on the wall..

Who didn’t ever wish to have a mirror on the wall that shows us everything happening and most important of all is that it shows the truth, just like the one at Snow White. Don’t get me wrong we actually kinda have one of those mirrors that are called TVs and Internet, although it might be full of rumors. Well whatever, that’s not what I want to talk about here now actually, maybe some other blog. 😀

We all agree that mirrors, the ones we have, shows truth, Like for example, if you look cute it will show you cute unlike the phones and filters. However, our eyes are the ones that look at mirror and judge what it sees, and that’s EXACTLY what that blog is about. Most of the time when we dress something like for example, worse yesterday, the first thing comes in my mind ” oh, but I wore that yesterday what will people think..” and then some of us might say ” nah.. who cares I just Love that t-shirt, i am going with it today too!”. Some others say ” I better change it and wear something else or people might think that I don’t do my laundry” or ” That I don’t have other than this T-shirt”. Well Both ways, still the first thing pops in our minds is the people’s opinion. Off course people’s opinion is important and maintaining our image but mostly we might be harming ourselves for caring about other people than us.

The pressure of always looking to what people think or say might keep our minds busier than it’s supposed to be and obviously pay more than we can afford 😀 The idea here is that You can keep that pressure but for your own judge, your own benefit and happiness. Like if you are going to buy a new dress or wear make up or go to the gym or buy a new car that is really luxurious. Then do! But first are you doing it for your own pleasant and satisfaction or is it for people’s eyes? Because believe me, people’s eyes always see that it doesn’t matter how much effort you put into it, they still believe that they are the best. It’s human nature! The whole idea here is that if you want to bear the pressure of staying fit is for your own health and pleasure so that when YOU look in the mirror, YOU judge yourself not the people. You can accept people’s polite judgment, you know those ones that might help you keep things better but believe me, NO ONE EVER has the right to make a joke of you. We are all human beings and we all good and better than each others in different ways the are many to count.

So! The next time you look at the mirror all you are going to think of is ” Does that look good to me? Does the change or the maintain worth it to keep me happy and satisfied in my own way of life 😉 😀 ”

If you are looking at the mirror now what will you say? 😉 😀

Always welcomed to the corner,

Menna Xx
